the British system left by Kirabati colonial era education was not free
(tuition is about $650 per student equal to most parents annual income),
and the kids hungered for knowledge. The Faith has provide a structure
for the kids to learn in their own villages.

Every night program was a mixture of adult performances and children, but I have to say the youth programs warmed the heart the most. |
